Is this service just for older folks?
No, not at all. Any adult can consider their end-of-life wishes, and start planning and documenting. It becomes even more important if you own a home or other assets, or have children or other dependents. Sadly, death comes for some much sooner than we like, and those can be the trickiest cases to manage after-death if no planning was done.

What is your title / certification?
The role is akin to a life coach or professional organizer, and there is not an industry certification. I am not an attorney, CFP, or CPA. When legal or fiduciary needs arise in your planning, we work with your preferred professionals, or recommend skilled local professionals to round out the team.

How long does the process take?
This depends on what work you need, and how quickly you wish to complete the work. A typical timeframe for the Action Assessment is about 2 months. Rush services can be provided for urgent cases if our schedule allows.

I'm excited to do this but my spouse/partner is hesitant - should I start solo?
You absolutely can. Much of the planning work is individual, even when coming in as a couple. Seeing your experience may also make them more comfortable getting started with their own planning.

Do you offer presentations, group workshops, or classes?
Yes! Informational or interactive options exist for groups large and small. Please reach out regarding cost and scheduling. Please note that due to the personal nature of the details this work deals with, workshops are generalized, and confidential information will not be requested for any activity.
